Reliable Rides for Independence
Access to reliable transportation is essential for maintaining independence, well-being, and social connection. AllThrive 365’s transportation services help older adults and individuals with disabilities reach vital medical appointments, grocery stores, senior centers, and social activities with ease.
Through Northwest Valley Connect and Freedom Express, we offer free and low-cost transportation services for elderly and disabled individuals in Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Wickenburg, and surrounding areas. Whether you need a ride to a doctor’s appointment, the grocery store, or a community event, our trained drivers ensure safe, comfortable, and accessible travel.
For those attending Adult Day Health, our wheelchair-accessible buses follow scheduled routes to and from our Glendale and Tempe locations, helping participants remain active and engaged.

Northwest Valley Connect
Serving Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Youngstown, Peoria, and Surprise
In 2024, AllThrive 365 acquired Northwest Valley Connect, a nonprofit dedicated to accessible transportation. Through this partnership, we provide affordable transportation for seniors, older adults, and individuals with disabilities across the West Valley — helping them reach medical appointments, run errands, and stay socially connected.
El Mirage residents can schedule Lyft rides for a small fee or use Northwest Valley Connect’s wheelchair-accessible vehicles for just $2 each way. A two-day notice is required for Lyft coordination, while NVC rides must be requested at least seven days in advance. Please note that rides are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Wickenburg
Freedom Express offers door-to-door senior transportation services within Wickenburg, helping older adults get to doctor’s appointments, visit friends, shop for groceries, and more. Our friendly drivers provide safe, reliable rides and ensure you get back home comfortably. Transportation hours are 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Contact us to schedule a ride!
